As the exclusive North American distributor for ILC lubrication products, Lubrication Technologies provides complete lubrication systems as well as individual pumps, divider valves, metering valves, controls, and replacement components to support virtually any application.
Each system is designed around the specific lubrication requirements of the equipment and can be configured using series progressive, volumetric, dual-line, circulating oil, air-oil, or minimum quantity lubrication technologies depending on the application. Systems are available for grease or oil lubrication and may utilize electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, or AC-powered pumps and controls.
ReliaMAX® systems are used on a wide range of equipment including construction equipment, mining equipment, drill rigs, municipal equipment, manufacturing machinery, conveyors, paper machines, processing equipment, packaging equipment, CNC machines, power generation equipment, food processing equipment, and other critical assets where reliable lubrication is essential to equipment performance and longevity.
ReliaMAX® series progressive systems provide positive lubricant delivery to each lubrication point and can be configured with lubricant flow monitoring and low-level alarms to help identify blocked lines or low lubricant conditions before equipment damage occurs.
Available systems can incorporate integrated controllers, PLC integration, HMI controls, zoned lubrication operation, and remote monitoring capabilities to support both mobile and industrial applications.
For customers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and throughout New England, Lubrication Technologies can provide installation and field service support. For customers outside our service area, we regularly supply complete lubrication system kits for installation by local maintenance personnel, OEMs, dealers, and service providers throughout North America.
Because every application is different, each ReliaMAX® system kit is designed and quoted on a per-application basis.
