Eligible Items
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for new, unused products only.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories and components.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
We will provide return instructions and any additional information required to complete the return.

Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee will be applied to eligible returns.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in North America. Please note that some products have shipping restrictions and we do not currently ship products internationally.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are calculated based on product availability and the shipping method selected during checkout.
To reflect carrier billing practices, all product weights are rounded up to the next full pound for shipping calculations.
