The DR5 Dual Line Adjustable Output Valve is designed for lubrication points requiring higher, adjustable lubricant delivery in modular Dual Line lubrication systems. The valve provides an adjustable discharge range of 0.5 to 24 cc per cycle, allowing lubricant output to be set according to the requirements of the individual lubrication point.
The DR5 is part of ILC's modular DF-DR Dual Line valve system and operates at pressures up to 400 bar (5,802 PSI). DR valves provide adjustable discharge, while DF valves provide fixed discharge. The valve mounts to a dedicated DR5 base element, allowing individual valve modules to be serviced, replaced, or configured as part of a modular Dual Line assembly.
