Initial base element designed for the compressed air inlet of compatible DF.A and DR.A Dual Line Air/Oil metering valve assemblies. The base is installed at the beginning of the modular valve assembly and provides the compressed air connection required for the internal Air/Oil circuit.
All metering valves and bases are supplied with fixing screws, washers, and threaded bushings required for assembly.
About Dual Line Air/Oil Metering Valves
DF.A and DR.A modular metering valves are designed for Dual Line lubrication systems operating at pressures up to 400 bar (5,802 PSI) where a continuous supply of lubricant mixed with compressed air is required. An internal air circuit combines compressed air with the lubricant to generate an Air/Oil flow at the outlets.
Single- and double-outlet metering valve modules can be combined on the bases to accommodate different system configurations. The DF.A series provides fixed lubricant output, while the DR.A series provides adjustable lubricant output.
The modular design allows individual metering valve modules to be serviced or replaced without replacing the complete valve assembly.
