The Air Inlet Base Element is used at the entry point of a Dual Line Air-Oil metering assembly. It supplies the compressed air required for DF.A and DR.A Air-Oil metering valves and provides the alignment, sealing, and internal air routing needed for proper system operation. This version includes a 1/4 inch NPTF air connection for installations requiring NPTF threading.
Each base element is supplied with O-rings, fixing screws, washers, and threaded bushings for correct assembly. As the dedicated inlet component in an Air-Oil stack, this base works together with compatible Air-Oil metering bases to form a complete modular Air-Oil distribution block. Its zinc nickel plated steel construction provides long-term durability in demanding industrial environments.
About Dual Line Air Oil Metering Valves
Dual Line lubrication systems use modular DF and DR metering valves that operate at pressures up to 400 bar. Their modular layout and zinc nickel plated construction offer advantages over traditional monoblock dividers, and the valves are available in multiple outlet configurations to match a wide range of application needs.
Each base can accept single or double discharge modules, and all module types are available in two flow ranges. DF valves deliver a fixed discharge per cycle, while DR valves provide adjustable output for lubrication points that require precise control. The model numbers indicate output capacity, not a sequence.
