This Intermediate Base Element is designed exclusively for DR5 Dual Line metering valves. It provides the required sealing surfaces, alignment points, and internal flow passages for proper valve operation within a high-pressure Dual Line lubrication system. This version features a 1/4 inch NPTF outlet connection and is used when the installation requires DR5 valve compatibility and NPTF threading.
Each base element is supplied with O-rings, fixing screws, washers, and threaded bushings for correct assembly. As the designated base for the larger DR5 metering valve series, this component supports adjustable discharge modules and is suitable for both new system builds and system expansions. Its zinc nickel plated steel construction ensures long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.

Dual Line lubrication systems use modular DF and DR metering valves that operate at pressures up to 400 bar. Each base can accept single or double discharge modules, and all module types are available in two flow ranges.
