Transparent regulator cap for ILC DR3 adjustable Dual Line metering valves. Designed as a replacement protective cap for the valve's discharge adjustment mechanism while allowing the adjustment indicator to remain visible.
About Dual Line Lubrication Systems
Dual Line lubrication systems are designed for large industrial machinery, facilities, and centralized lubrication systems operating in demanding environments. ILC DF and DR modular metering valves are designed for system pressures up to 400 bar and can be configured with up to 8 outlets.
DF valves provide fixed lubricant discharge, while DR valves provide adjustable discharge. The DR3 provides an adjustable output range of 0.15–3 cc per cycle. The modular design allows single- and double-discharge configurations and makes individual components easier to service or replace.
