Heavy Equipment Electric Grease Pail Pump Package – 35 lb. / 5 Gallon
Heavy-duty grease dispensing package designed for construction, demolition, forestry, scrap handling, and other demanding equipment applications. The system uses a Yamada® KPL-24 24 VDC electric grease pump with a standard 35 lb. (5 gallon) grease pail, providing significantly more grease capacity than conventional onboard reservoirs.
A high-pressure hose reel and grease control handle allow operators to lubricate the host machine or nearby equipment directly from the pail pump. Hose reel options are available with 15 m (50 ft) or 25 m (82 ft) of 3/8" high-pressure grease hose.
Automatic Lubrication Option
The package can also be incorporated into a centralized automatic lubrication system. Divider valves, controls, lubrication lines, and other components can be added based on the equipment and lubrication requirements.
