ILC CM-42 Adjustable Oil Metering Valve
Adjustable oil metering valve for ILC CM manifold blocks used in CM-CL volumetric lubrication systems.
The ILC CM-42 is an adjustable oil metering valve designed for use in CM-CL volumetric lubrication systems utilizing CM series manifold blocks.
The valve meters a precise, adjustable quantity of lubricant to an individual lubrication point during each lubrication cycle, allowing lubricant delivery to be tailored to the requirements of the application. Flow rate adjustment is performed externally without removing the valve from service, simplifying commissioning and system tuning.
CM-42 valves install into compatible ILC CM manifold blocks and can be easily removed for inspection, replacement, or system expansion. The valve incorporates a visual indicator to assist with confirming operation during system setup and troubleshooting.
Constructed from steel with Viton® seals, the CM-42 is suitable for demanding industrial environments and elevated operating temperatures.
