The LubeTool MQL 3-Pump Assembly is a complete minimum quantity lubrication system designed to deliver precise amounts of lubricant directly to the application. The system includes three independently adjustable pneumatic micro pumps, a 1.2 L reservoir with low-level switch, air regulator, frequency generator, solenoid valve, and 5 m (16.4 ft) coaxial feeding lines for each outlet, all assembled in a metal enclosure.
Each micro pump can be individually adjusted to control the amount of lubricant delivered, allowing the system to supply only the quantity required at each lubrication point. The coaxial lines carry lubricant and air separately to the nozzle, where they are combined for controlled application.
LubeTool MQL systems are well suited for machining and industrial applications including drilling, sawing, milling, tapping, and conveyor lubrication. By applying small, controlled quantities of lubricant directly where needed, the system can reduce excess lubricant use and provide a cleaner alternative to conventional flood lubrication or uncontrolled application.
