The LubeTool MQL Micro Pneumatic Pump is an adjustable, pneumatically operated positive-displacement pump designed for ILC LubeTool Minimum Quantity Lubrication systems. Each pump precisely meters a controlled quantity of lubricant with every stroke, allowing lubricant delivery to be adjusted for the requirements of an individual application point. ILC specifies an adjustable output of 0 to 41 mm³ per stroke.
LubeTool systems use independently adjustable micro pumps to deliver small quantities of lubricant through coaxial air/oil lines to specialized nozzles. Additional pumps can be added to compatible LubeTool assemblies when additional lubrication points are required.
The pump is used for MQL applications including metal cutting, sawing, machining, chain and conveyor lubrication, forming operations, and other applications requiring controlled lubricant delivery.
