Meclube follower plate for air-operated grease pumps with a 30 mm pump shank, designed for 400 lb. / 55 gallon drums with an inside diameter of 540–580 mm.
The follower plate rests on top of the grease and moves downward as the pump draws material from the drum. This helps feed grease into the pump, reduce air pockets, and remove grease remaining along the drum walls. Follower plates are especially useful with high-viscosity grease and in lower-temperature conditions.
