OilSafe® 55-Gallon Drum Work Station
Designed for clean, controlled lubricant storage and dispensing from standard 55-gallon drums, the OilSafe® 55-Gallon Drum Work Station combines pumping, filtration, contamination control, and dispensing equipment into a compact, pre-assembled system.
The workstation provides two-way filtration for both lubricant dispensing and recirculating kidney-loop filtration. A dedicated suction assembly, desiccant breather, and filtration system help maintain lubricant cleanliness while the stainless steel dispensing console provides an organized dispensing point for the lube room.

- Positive displacement gear pump with internal bypass
- 3–5 GPM flow rate
- Two-way filtration for dispensing and kidney-loop recirculation
- Standard 7-micron, β2000 spin-on filter
- 4-micron and 25-micron filters also available
- Desiccant air breather for drum ventilation
- Stainless steel dispensing console with drip pan
- Electronic start/stop controls
- Dedicated stainless steel/PVC suction spear and hose
- Hose assembly with quick connects
- Delivered pre-assembled and ready to use
- Designed for lubricants up to ISO 680

Please Note
55-gallon drum is not included. The workstation can be used with a standard drum deck or spill pallet when additional spill containment is required.
