The PIUSI Greaster Digital Grease Control Handle combines high-pressure grease dispensing with an integrated oval gear flow meter for accurate measurement during lubrication. A resettable batch total displays the amount of grease delivered during an individual lubrication task, while the cumulative total tracks overall grease consumption.
Designed for demanding grease dispensing applications, the Greaster delivers 0.1–2.5 kg/min (0.2–5.5 lb/min) at working pressures up to 550 bar (7,977 PSI). It features a 1/4" BSP inlet, M10×1 outlet, rigid extension, and Z-swivel for improved positioning during grease application. The digital meter displays batch quantities in grams and cumulative totals in kilograms, operates on a standard AA battery, and includes a built-in lever lock and adjustable calibration.
