Description
Straight Compression Fittings
Straight compression fittings for secure, high-pressure tube connections in lubrication systems.
These straight compression fittings are designed for connecting tubes in centralized lubrication systems with a reliable, leak-resistant seal. Featuring a 24° DIN cone design with a coupling nut and compression ring, they meet DIN 2353 and ISO 8434-1 standards. These fittings are commonly used with plastic and steel tubing for grease or oil-based systems and are easy to install without soldering.
Most models are rated for LL (100 bar), L (up to 250 bar), or S (up to 630 bar) pressure classifications depending on size.

Material & Benefits: Steel Zinc-nickel (CrVIF)
Our steel fittings feature a Zinc-nickel (CrVIF) alloy coating, electroplated directly onto the surface for superior corrosion resistance and durability. This finish combines approximately 10–15% nickel with zinc to form a hard, smooth, and long-lasting protective layer—making it an ideal alternative to traditional zinc or cadmium coatings.
Benefits of Zinc-nickel Coating
- Provides up to 10x more corrosion resistance than standard zinc
- Offers improved wear resistance for moving parts
- Withstands thermal stress better than conventional finishes
- Commonly used in automotive and aerospace applications
