The Tethered Protective Cap is designed to cover compatible slip-fit filling connectors when the Hand-Operated Grease Filling Pump is not connected. The cap threads onto the filling connector to help protect the connection from dirt, debris, and other contaminants between reservoir fillings.
The 400-011 red protective cap features an integrated tether that remains attached to the filling connector when the cap is removed, helping prevent the cap from being misplaced during filling. It is designed for use with compatible slip-fit filling connectors used with the Hand-Operated Grease Filling Pump.
