Complete Wire Rope Lubrication Kit for 6 mm to 67 mm Wire Ropes
The Viper Mid MK 2 Wire Rope Lubricator Kit provides fast, safe, and effective lubrication for wire ropes ranging from 6 mm to 67 mm (1/4"–2-5/8") in diameter. Capable of lubricating wire ropes at speeds up to 2,000 meters (6,670 feet) per hour, it replaces slow and messy manual lubrication methods by forcing lubricant under high pressure deep into the wire rope core for more complete coverage and longer service life.
The system consists of a precision-machined high-strength cast aluminum fitted with replaceable polyurethane seals sized for the specific wire rope diameter. As the rope passes through the collar, lubricant is injected between the strands and into the core while leaving a consistent protective film on the outer surface. The complete kit includes a high-pressure pneumatic grease pump and is supplied in a rugged aluminum storage case. Seals and scraper plates are selected separately to match the wire rope diameter.

- Monolec® Wirelife Penetrating Lubricant (2001)
- Almasol® Wirelife Rope Coating Lubricant (2002)
- Wirelife Coating Grease (451, 452, 453)
- Earthwise™ EAL Wire Rope Grease (3353)
