LubeTool MQL Coaxial Tubing delivers lubricant and air from the pump assembly to the application nozzle in ILC LubeTool Minimum Quantity Lubrication systems. This version features a 6 mm O.D. and is supplied as a 30 m (98.4 ft) roll.
Its coaxial construction provides separate passages for lubricant and air during delivery. The inner tube carries the lubricant while the outer passage carries the air, keeping the two media separated until they reach the application nozzle. ILC documentation describes the coaxial feeding line as supplying oil separately from air to the nozzle.
