ReliaMAX® series progressive automatic lubrication kits for Elgin® Pelican broom sweepers.
Lubrication Technologies supplies customized ReliaMAX® automatic lubrication kits for Elgin® Pelican street sweepers throughout North America. These kits are based on field-proven installations our team routinely performs on Pelican sweepers, giving customers outside our service area access to a repeatable system package backed by real installation experience.
Each kit is configured around the machine’s lubrication requirements and typically services 11 critical lubrication points, including steer cylinders, elevator bearings, swing arm guide, rear brush bearing, pins, bushings, and other key wear points as required. Final routing and point count should be verified by machine configuration and customer requirements.
For customers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and throughout New England, Lubrication Technologies can provide installation service. For customers outside our service area, we can supply the kit for installation by your maintenance team, dealer, or local service provider.
These systems use a ReliaMAX® 4 kg electric grease pump and are commonly filled with Monolec® Multiplex Lubricant 4622, selected for water resistance, mechanical stability, and long-lasting protection in harsh street sweeping environments.
