Bulkhead fittings with zerk fittings are essential for reaching lubrication points that are difficult to access, such as those behind covers, protective walls, or other obstructions. These fittings can be used for classic manual lubrication or as an emergency lubrication function, which is critical in centralized lubrication systems.
The bulkhead fitting includes a separate zerk fitting. This versatile solution is compatible with all common grease guns, ensuring efficient grease delivery through the zerk fitting and bulkhead screw connection.
The bulkhead fitting can be directly screwed onto the lubrication point with a cutting ring fitting, or it can be connected using a high-pressure hose or plastic tube. This makes it indispensable for the maintenance and servicing of lubrication systems in construction machinery, vehicles, and industrial plants. The bulkhead screw connection ensures reliable lubrication, enhancing the longevity and performance of your equipment.
Mounting Options
This bulkhead fitting includes a 24° cutting ring connection (DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1) on one side, allowing the attachment of a hose stud, screw sleeve, and high-pressure hose (up to 840 bar). The lubrication line can be further routed to the greasing point using either another cutting ring fitting, a push-in fitting, or a hose stud with a claw groove. The other side has an internal thread for attaching the included zerk fitting, facilitating easy use with a standard hand lever grease gun.
Installation Note:
The bulkhead fitting requires a 12mm diameter hole for proper installation, ensuring a secure and stable fit.
