24 V DC electromagnetic reversing valve designed for pump-mounted use in Dual Line centralized lubrication systems. The valve automatically switches lubricant flow between the two main supply lines, allowing the system to alternate pressure between lines during each lubrication cycle.
With a maximum flow rate of 40 L/min (rated with 100 cSt oil) and operating pressure up to 400 bar (5,800 PSI), the valve is designed for demanding centralized lubrication applications. It is compatible with grease up to NLGI 2 and operates in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.
About Dual Line Reversing Valves
Dual Line lubrication systems use two main lubricant supply lines that are pressurized alternately. The reversing valve switches lubricant flow from one main line to the other, allowing the metering valves throughout the system to complete their lubrication cycles.
This electromagnetic version is configured for installation at the pump and uses electrical actuation to control line reversal.
