Adjustable end line pressure switch designed to monitor operating pressure in Dual Line centralized lubrication systems. Typically installed upstream of the last lubricant distributor in the main pressure line, the switch helps verify that the system is operating properly and provides an electrical signal for system monitoring and control.
Adjustable from 40–400 bar (580–5,800 PSI) with ±2% accuracy, the pressure switch features a steel body, NBR and Teflon seals, IP65 protection, and a maximum fluid temperature of 100°C (212°F). The unboxed configuration is designed for integration into compatible Dual Line system installations.
About Dual Line Pressure Monitoring
Dual Line lubrication systems operate by alternately pressurizing two main lubricant supply lines. An end line pressure switch monitors pressure near the last lubricant distributor to help confirm that pressure has reached the remote portion of the system and that the lubrication cycle is operating properly.
Once the configured pressure is reached, the switch provides an electrical signal that can be used by the lubrication system controls to monitor cycle operation.
