ILC ILCOMATIC 3 multi-port manifolds provide a centralized mounting and distribution point for injectors in Single-Line Parallel (SLP) lubrication systems. The manifold connects to the main lubricant supply through an M12×1 inlet and provides M10×1 outlet connections for the individual lubrication points.
Available with 1 to 10 outlets, these one-sided manifolds allow the system configuration to be matched to the required number of lubrication points. They are designed specifically for use with ILCOMATIC 3 injectors, providing a compact and organized method of distributing lubricant throughout the system.
About ILCOMATIC 3 Single-Line Parallel Systems
ILCOMATIC 3 is ILC's modular injector system for Single-Line Parallel lubrication applications. Individual injectors are supplied from a common lubricant line, with each injector delivering a predetermined quantity of lubricant to its lubrication point during the lubrication cycle.
The modular design allows multiple ILCOMATIC 3 injectors to be installed on a common manifold, making it possible to configure the system for the number of lubrication points and lubricant delivery requirements of the application. ILC refers to this type of system as volumetric/PDI lubrication, terminology that may also be encountered in ILC technical documentation.
