ILC ILCOMATIC 3 Fixed-Volume SLP Injectors - Direct-Mount Style
Precision lubricant delivery directly to individual lubrication points.
The ILC ILCOMATIC 3 Fixed-Volume SLP Injectors are designed for use in Single Line Parallel (SLP) centralized lubrication systems, providing controlled lubricant delivery directly to individual lubrication points.
Unlike distributor-mounted injectors, the Direct-Mount style is designed to thread directly into the lubrication point, such as a compatible bearing housing. Each injector features an M10x1 male inlet connection for the lubricant supply line and a G 1/8 male outlet connection (BSPP) that threads into the lubrication point, eliminating the need for a separate outlet tube between the injector and the component being lubricated.
Each injector delivers a predetermined volume of lubricant during an operating cycle, helping ensure consistent lubrication throughout the system. Available in multiple fixed delivery volumes, these injectors allow the amount of lubricant supplied to each point to be selected according to the equipment's lubrication requirements.
ILCOMATIC 3 injectors may also be referred to as metering valves or lubrication metering units, terminology commonly used for components that control lubricant delivery in centralized lubrication systems.
