The ILC TWIN Electric Dual Line Lubrication Pump is designed to supply centralized Dual Line lubrication systems on medium and large machinery operating in demanding industrial environments. Dual Line systems are well suited for complex installations with large numbers of lubrication points and distribution lines that can extend beyond 100 meters (328 ft).
This configuration features a 100 kg grease reservoir, 230/480V AC three-phase motor, 24V DC reversing valve, laser minimum/maximum level sensor, and reservoir heating band. The TWIN pump uses two alternately driven pumping elements to provide continuous, uniform lubricant delivery for high-pressure Dual Line systems.
